Hello, my name is Seamus, I am a graduate of the BCIT Journalism and Online Broadcast Class of 2023, and current Social Media Coordinator for the Triple Crown for Heart nonprofit.

I am passionate about communications work in all formats, whether it be media relations, social media, or general communications. Through my education I have an excellent understanding of the importance of clear and concise communication, and am passionate about telling people’s stories in a way that conveys their experience, while prioritizing accessibility and understanding.
